I had an accident and had to purchase a new vehicle. I worked with John Mazurkiewici for a few hours looking at available vehicles and test driving different models. John listened to all of my boundaries, he worked very hard to show me every option possible including taking me to the other store in Wesley Chapel. I felt comfortable being able to make a decision the next day by phone and purchased a certified preowned 2023 Nautilus completing all of the paperwork and financial transfer over the phone. The pick up was a breeze, they even returned to my Enterprise rental for me saving me another trip. I can't say enough about John and Parks Lincoln Tampa. The customer service there is incredible, and I look forward to a long relationship with them now that I have moved permanently to Florida.

Ryan at Park for was wonderful. He made the deal go so quickly I got exactly what I wanted. His managers are very supportive. The whole staff there is very kind and very nice. They have a huge stock and lots of things that you can find. We came from Cape Coral, Florida and we were glad we did.

Darius Postell was our sales representative and could not have been more efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. What we especially liked is when we got to complicated financial questions of between state registrations/taxes he quickly deferred to Dillon Gastineau. Dillon was very professional and addressed all our concerns and completed the extensive paperwork package for our purchase.
