We felt valued, we felt like we were the only people being attended to while there were many customers on the premises. Our sales person Jordan Ritter was phenomenal, courteous, informative, and hands-down showed good old-fashion manners. Craig Randolph was very attentive in actively listening to us and provided the WOW to our car purchasing experience. This was a pleasant and enjoyable experience from the get go. I can truthfully say this was not the typical high-pressured car buying nightmare. The difference being this is a family owned business which has been in our community for 50 years. My husband has been looking to drive a Lincoln for a long time, my Explorer was almost out of warranty so we decided to see Parks. This is a beautiful Lincoln dealership with professional and friendly staff. You are greeted at the door and made to feel at home. We were fortunate enough to connect with Fred Fulbright and he is exceptional. Because I didn’t know what to expect, even after research, I wanted to look at different styles. Fred was incredible and patient. He brought out 3 different vehicles and let me drive each. The luxury is unbelievable and I had a very hard decision to make. There is no pressure, he took his time, explained all the differences and similarities, it didn’t bother him that it took me a while to decide. The manager, Greg, came by, introduced himself and took the time to explain financing capabilities. After hearing all the options Zory, came up with financing and made the deal!! Great experience.
