Brought my '18 Tahoe in for a diagnostic.

Brought my '18 Tahoe in for a diagnostic. I found fuel in oil during maintenance but had no engine light/codes and no noticeable issues with performance. After a little research, I figured it was either the hpfp or stuck injectors......or worse yet, AFM related issues. Tayler took down my comments, asked a few questions and then handed off keys to a tech. Diagnostics looked good, all values within spec - final determination was bad fuel pump (based on symptoms & Tech Serv Bulletin.) Since no check engine light had come on, it must have been caught at the start of failure. Tayler hooked me up with a copy of the diagnostic report, so at least my $200+ diagnostic charge produced something tangible. Anyway, hpfp is not a fun job, but not the worst. Quote for repair was for approximately $2,000, I bought OEM part and completed job in my garage for $300 in one afternoon. Will go back to Tayler again, he's one of the few service advisors that I've found that actually understands auto mechanics and doesn't just regurgitate shop jargon.

Ace has been my service consultant since I bought my

Ace has been my service consultant since I bought my vehicle 3 years ago. He always provides excellent service and is attentive to my concerns. I appreciate the attentiveness to building relationships with customers. Would highly recommend working with Ed Bozarth and Ace!

Ace was fantastic.

Ace was fantastic. Kept me well updated and educated throughout the process, and was very responsive when I had questions. The tech was also fantastic, making sure my alignment was dialed on just right

I came in for an oil and oil filter change.

I came in for an oil and oil filter change. During the initial inspection, Jack, the service advisor, identified a problem that could have left me stranded. Jack coordinated the repairs with the technicians and I was back on the road in just a couple hours. A HUGE ?Thank You? to both Jack and the service technicians.

The service team did a fantastic job repairing a problem

The service team did a fantastic job repairing a problem that could have left me stranded. I came in for an oil and oil filter change, and Jack, the service advisor, identified the problem during his initial inspection. The technicians completed the repairs faster than I thought possible. I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Xavier Torres at Bozarth Chevrolet in Lone Tree. I had a wonderful experience. He was incredibly patient, honest, and knowledgeable, even though he was new in his current position. If he did not have the answers, he would research back with the information. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, helpful and had a genuine caring personality. I did not feel any pressure in buying the vehicle and he provided the best pricing.
