Went for computer problem. End up having to get battery replaced and computer updated. Was there for almost 7 hours, computer kept crashing. Shouldn’t have taken that long. Then the extended warranty that you guys said to buy and would cover things like this, ended being it doesn’t cover it. One up on you! So frustrating! Yes you guys covered some of the cost, but in reality we should have only had to pay for the battery.

We have been with this dealership for over 20 plus years and they are wonderful for sales and service. Nick McIntosh is our favorite for sales, he is knowledgeable, thorough with his handling of details, helpful to get vehicle set up and works hard to get us the best price for our trade ins. In service we are thankful for Greg Ruybal he is a great guy and takes good care of us and has for many years! We ran into an issue with our 2022 Silverado 2500 last week during bad rain storms/tornado - it had some significant interior water damage. We immediately called on Bozarth Chevrolet -- not only did they help with our water damage, but after deciding we didn't want to keep this truck now for possible future issues, they made it SO easy to order a new 2024 Silverado 2500. We have to wait a few months for the new truck to arrive, but until then, we can enjoy the new 2023 Traverse that's parked in our driveway! Yes, we signed for 2 new vehicles the same day! I had a '22 Blazer, but fell in love with the Traverse. Told them if they could lower my payment, I'd walk out with the Traverse -- and between trade in value (at all time highs now), and a small deposit, they were able to make it happen! Bozarth Chevrolet will NOT disappoint! I will add that NIck Sutter (Sales), Ashley Boccio (Finance) and Justin Christenson (GM) made what started out as a frustrating time into a great experience! They have won us over as Bozarth customers for life!
