I worked with Joe Lambert, who was very transparent, informative, patient, engaging, and courteous. The handover, payment process was very easy, and the car was in great condition. I’ve been driving it for a week with zero issues. It’s not a perfect car If I say, but any issues are from Ford itself, not Novak Motors. If Novak Motors had any information or documents related to the car, they provided everything and more to me. I rate them 15/10 for their transparency and ease of doing business and I will keep watching their website for deals.

We had a great experience picking out our new Wrangler. Joel let us test drive as many as we wanted and didn’t apply pressure at any point. The detail guy was out the day we took delivery, so Joel washed our Jeep and gassed it up for us himself. Hans in finance was awesome too and helped us get the best rate. We would come back and recommend this dealership to our friends.
