I would like to personally thank Reyes, Elsa, misty, and Carol. I bought a new truck and within two weeks it was totaled but Elsa made sure I had everything covered before I ever left the dealership and went out of her way to make sure I was protected. Reyes both with the first truck and the replacement found me the exact truck I was looking for twice with specific details not only did he contact me telling me he found what I was looking for but went above to make sure its what I liked and worked hard for hours trying to find me the best deal before I even came in. Misty while dealing with the insurance gave me her direct extension to her desk so she could work with me personally and help keep track of where we are in the process and what's needed, and Carol made the process easy and quick and got us out with the same protections as the first truck and got the process done as fast as possible. I feel very blessed to have this team be helping me and to say they're were polite is a gross understatement. They turned a tragedy into a trivial bump in the road. I would like to again thank the burt watson team for everything, they have gone far above and beyond for me.

Sam and Jason are TOP NOTCH at what they do. I always receive excellent service from start to finish. They are always professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this team.

What can I say? Burt Watson is a great dealership! Their staff is very friendly and extremely savvy - they make it easy, even fun, shopping for a vehicle Why not go test drive something?

I am currently leasing a car from Burt Watson Chevrolet, Freeland MI. I had to bring my car in for repairs following a no fault accident the week before Christmas. They provided me with a loaner car and much to my relief I received a call on Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve) that my car was finished and ready to pick up. A couple hours after picking up my car I was able to drive to my son's home to be with their family on Christmas Eve.

Mitchell was fantastic Finance depart was easy to work with. Delivery was amazing. Mitchell is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. Gets the job done. Kind and pleasant.

I had front end damage from hitting a deer and took my vehicle to the body shop at Burt Watson. Overall I was pleased with their service. The repairs were done well and my vehicle looks just as good as my pre-deer run in. Tyler was very friendly and was very responsive to my questions and checking in on the process. My only complaint would be to more transparent about the process. I decided to go to Burt Watson because they offer loner vehicles but I wasn?t informed that it would take even longer if I needed a loner because they didn?t have any immediately available and I had to make other arrangements. I only found this out after I committed to bringing my vehicle there. Overall I?m happy with the work they did but I think it?s important for someone to know what expect from the beginning in an already stressful situation.
