The Service Department at Faricy is the worst.
The Service Department at Faricy is the worst. #1. It took a month to get my Jeep in for minor repairs. #2. My vehicle was super reliable before they worked on it. Now, it is not very reliable at all. Won't start 50% of the time. #3. Their solution was for me to just drive it more. I drive a couple of hundred miles a day, just for reference.

Wonderful Jeep Dealership
After receiving severe hail damage on my jeep, I decided to trade it for a new jeep. Since I purchased my previous Jeep at Faricy Boys and had a very positive experience before, there was no question I would be headed back there to buy my new jeep. I worked with an amazing saleswoman named Kerri Hill. She let us test drive several jeep models, explained how each model worked, and negotiated a more than fair trade amount on our hail-damaged jeep. With our excellent credit, Brice (financing guru) obtained the best possible interest rate. Gavin, another salesman, also helped us to feel welcome and assisted in other areas, so definitely wanted to give him a 'shout out.' There was never any hard sales tactics used! We selected a new Jeep Wrangler and absolutely love this car. There was a slight problem with the passenger-side seat, after we bought it, and the entire team that worked with us helped to quickly get the new part needed (thank you Ashley in the parts department) and even provided a loaner to use in the meantime. We purchased our Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Russell Gaik. He was wonderfully helpful, attentive to our needs, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Most of all, I was impressed with everyone we came into contact with: the service department, financing, and the helpful people at the front desk.
