He kept us up to date with weekly emails. During our wait, he retired and Gavin was assigned to us. We worried that we might have the typical car salesman type. Boy were we wrong. Gavin picked right up with the same level of service. Once our vehicle came in the paperwork process was smooth and the finance manager made it a breeze. A variety of people that can plug and play seamlessly giving a high level of service speaks highly of the philosophy of the organization.
