New car with the help from JOLICIA!!

JOLICIA was amazing and help me through the whole process and I would recommend anyone to go see her if you looking for a new car! She help me every step of the way! Worst dealer service in 30 yrs owning cars

Brought my 2008 ram because vehicle was stalling. First issue I had was they lost my key. Dealer had to eat the cost of a new key. Then they kept my vehicle for a month without even looking at it. The so called Mgr said they can’t keep workers. I eventually had my vehicle towed from Landmark and had it repaired by a reputable shop. I wouldn’t take my schwinn bicycle to be fixed here. I do not recommend anyone ever take a vehicle for service here.

Don't buy or service your car at landmark. I have a truck that is 3 years old change the oil on time and now my oil gaskets is leaking. I thought it was my transmission took the truck to get it service and they change the transmission gasket. The work was unnecessary now I have to pay more money to get my gasket for the motor. date 02/15/2021

Negative is more like it. I had a 2018 car in for service multiple times under warranty that they don’t like to honor. On 3rd visit high pressure sales and frustration of my car being in the shop again, I was frustrated . Over a month in the shop, and they aren’t making my payments. Sales started to tell me how much they wanted my RT because they didn’t have any used ones. I expressed I didn’t want to sell multiple times. I had a better car with the package I wanted. Sales, Pushed more and more, finally the numbers didn’t look too bad. But they were! They just hide the numbers by extending the loan out to 84 months (7 years) and $5,600 in interest using creative financing. Buyer beware don’t go here. They don’t have a return policy, and they do not honor any kind of cooling down period. DON’T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.......

Mr. JP, I am sorry that you feel bad about your purchase. You came in to the new car showroom. You test drove a car. You agreed to the numbers and signed all the paperwork. You asked for extra time to make a phone call to go over the numbers with someone else. We said ok and let you take all the time you needed. You signed all the paperwork and agreed to the deal. I'm sorry you felt "pressured". When you came back the next day to try to back out of the deal you agreed to, Landmark did not have to do anything. Instead, we like to help our customers the best way we can. We lowered your term down to 60 months, we helped you secure an extremely low rate, and even got you a lower price on the vehicle. You are correct, we do not have a return policy but Landmark is here to help our customers in the best way we can. Landmark as well as customers have to be responsible for their own actions. Like I said multiple times to the salesman and finance guy, I didn’t want to sell my car. Big deal I test drove it, so what. I didn’t care what you think. You guys still misrepresented the loan with your creative 84 month term. You just want to do everything you could to get my 2018 Loaded RT because they are super hot. As you now have it listed for 28k. Like I had said I knew my car was worth 27/29k as-is. I will NEVER step foot in your sales building again.

Don’t buy a car from a dealership that doesn’t have a return policy. Pressure sales tactics and creative financing with 7 year (84 month) loans to make lower payments. Brought car in 3 times for service for same item to be fixed under warranty and had to fight every step of the way. Very slow service to fix cars.

I’m not really in the mood to talk to anyone at that dealership unless you took this New 2020 car back and gave me my 2018 Rt old car back. I told multiple people that I didn’t want to sell my car. Then your guys did bullshit 84 month financing to make payments lower. No I’m not happy at all that you don’t have any kind of return policy. You know who I am you could call me. J

Landmark is a place where you have to watch your back. If your not paying attention you will get robbed blind. I made a decision to drive 56 miles to another dealer right before I was going to purchase a 3rd car from Landmark and it was the best decision I ever made. I got a ton of equity $$ towards my new Gladiator from my LEASE trade ins for being way under mileage that Landmark ignored, treated much better, and was in a honest environment instead of a shady one. They try to high pressure you into a car even if they don't have one you like, it was crazy. But I will say that Andre was a good young man, his boss messed it up and caused me to look elsewhere and I ended up saving 9700$!!!!

3500 Dodge ProMaster

The experience has been disgustingly awful! Our business's Sprinter van has been in the shop for 5 months!!! How is a small business supposed to survive when its source of income has been $0 for the last five months? The customer service has been terrible. It is very rare to get someone on the phone for an update. When I do, the customer service lady says not to call and wait until the problem is fixed. I would immediately terminate any employee that acts like this on the phone. So, this forces me to drive down to the shop and ask for updates because I'm totally in the dark. I am constantly getting different explanations that it is due to Covid, or they can't figure out the problem . It is awful!! Thank goodness that Chrysler corporate parts has kept me in the loop at least. We just want an end result with a fixed vehicle so we can move forward. Why doesn't Chrysler's technicians get on the horn or come in person and knock this repair out rather than the constant back and forth with no end in site?

dissapointed

I just bought mt 4th vehicle from this company, having spent near $100000. The car only had 1 key. When i asked for a 2nd one, I was told that the person who accepted th car might have it and to check back. Well when I checked back, he didn't have it and when I asked sales manager for one he said I should have said that during the sale so the price could have been increased. Too late now. If I had bought a new car, posi ly could have accommodated me, but oh well, I bought a used car and that doesn't count. Zero customer loyalty. I actually went up the chain with same answer, which to me means that my purchases from them is not worth them spending $300 for me.🤔
