I scheduled service online for an oil change and also
I scheduled service online for an oil change and also asked that they check under my hood for a burning smell. My service provider said ok it’ll be$225 to check it out and you have a recall we can take care of as well. I ended up cancelling the diagnostic due to the cost but nothing else. It appears only the recall was completed. No oil change. The light came on the the truck telling me I’m overdue for an oil change, the sticker wasn’t changed and my tire was still reading low. I have tried calling to speak to a manager 2 days in a row and left messages with no call back to resolve this issue.

Poor service.
Poor service. Salesperson did not show up for scheduled appointment. The car came for was already sold but I was not informed.

Was making an inquiry on a new vehicle with a trade-in. After being low balled several times by the salesman, he then started to talk to me as if this was my first time buying a car and like I was an educated individual. He was condescending and extremely rude. Would not recommend working with them at all.

Excellent service.
Excellent service. My sales person John Hyde was amazing and easy to work with Sebastian in the finance department was also great. I highly recommend this dealer. We drove an hour and 20 minutes to pick up our vehicle and it was all worth it. Very happy customer.
