I scheduled service online for an oil change and also asked that they check under my hood for a burning smell. My service provider said ok it’ll be$225 to check it out and you have a recall we can take care of as well. I ended up cancelling the diagnostic due to the cost but nothing else. It appears only the recall was completed. No oil change. The light came on the the truck telling me I’m overdue for an oil change, the sticker wasn’t changed and my tire was still reading low. I have tried calling to speak to a manager 2 days in a row and left messages with no call back to resolve this issue.

Was making an inquiry on a new vehicle with a trade-in. After being low balled several times by the salesman, he then started to talk to me as if this was my first time buying a car and like I was an educated individual. He was condescending and extremely rude. Would not recommend working with them at all.

Multiple issues: - Sensor issue upon buying - poor communication cross functionally - Caused my license to be suspended bc they never notified fldhmv they bpught my trade in and state of thought I had a lapse of insurance - cocky sales professionals Look up emails from KRISTY SCHWADE- had to involve leadership 3 levels up to get traction on anything

Excellent service. My sales person John Hyde was amazing and easy to work with Sebastian in the finance department was also great. I highly recommend this dealer. We drove an hour and 20 minutes to pick up our vehicle and it was all worth it. Very happy customer.
