Great service at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola FL
Great new amenities like a drink fountain as well as a coffe station. Snacks were great to have while waiting for our vehicle. Nice restrooms and a TV to watch, comfortable seating always a great idea for waiting on your vehicle.

5 star rating from the beginning to end ! Chris Scott and the manager from body shop went above and beyond ! I haven?t had this kind of treatment in a while ,didn?t think that I would but they both changed my mind that being said I whole heartedly believe that others should bring their vehicle to the body shop if they need their services?Sandy Sansing body shop deserve to have a 5 star rating to me ! And let me not forget the painter Alex one of a kind my vehicle looks like the first day I drove off the lot ! Thank you for everything

Mr. Mario, The man to see, I absolutely respect and honor this man now 3 years later from buying a new truck, it was easy, fast, respectful, and honest. We need you more than you could ever imagine, in this evil world of buying experiences you made it a breeze. It is a wonder how Sandy Sansing could have stayed in
It is a wonder how Sandy Sansing could have stayed in business. as long as it has. It must be the sales area because the service struggles with honesty. We have now tried 3 different locations for 3 different makes of vehicle and in each case the price quoted for non-exploratory work was substantially different from the bill. Moreover an appointment means nothing. Waiting 4 hours and the repair wasn't even started with a scheduled appointment. The quoted price on the phone was $500 for a battery and billed $625. These are the reasons "dealer service" has a bad rap. For over 50 years I have been using dealer service and nothing can match the disappointment of this dealer. We will continue to us dealer service, we will just have to travel to do so.

The service department did a very poor job repairing my
The service department did a very poor job repairing my transmission. It was not shifting again within weeks of the initial $5000. rebuild. When I took it back they refused to honor their warranty or stand behind their work in any way. They wanted another 5k to do it again. The service people were extremely rude and offered no real solutions. I have never written a review before. Sandy Sansing Chevrolet's service was so awful I felt something needed to be said.

Hi William, the initial transmission was repaired on 8/03/2021 at 177,948 miles. The transmission was repaired then, however the damage this time would not be covered by GM due to other damaged components. We agreed with you that there should be something that could be done, but unfortunately there was no way to get your repair covered because of the none listed components. We then had used cars give you a bid to buy the H3, and you declined their offer. Our service manager then doubled their offer to purchase it himself and you accepted his offer but never came in with the title. We have tried reaching out to you several times since March with no response. We then had the vehicle returned to your house two days ago and you did not have to pay for either tow bill or diagnosis.
