I just bought a ZR2 from Tyler Brush at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet and it was a great experience. This was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase I have ever made. The entire team at Sandy Sansing was great and I will def be back to buy my next Chevrolet from Tyler! It's is nice to deal with a professionally ran organization. Tyler makes the customer feel valued and even delivered my vehicle to me after he had it detailed! Thanks Tyler and to the entire Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Team Members!

Salesman was great.
Salesman was great. Finance man not so much. He took a $ 25,000 car and made it a $35,000 car with a 8.9% interest rate. All the time telling me how much Sandy Sansing cared sbout helping people. May need a a FTC audit. Very disappointed with financing. Trade in price was way low also. Most likely won't go back for more punishment.

The vehicle was financed for 72 months and with interest the total amount is $35,000 unless the vehicle is paid off sooner. If you are displeased with the dealership finance arrangements, you may refinance through any bank of your choosing. The vehicle had just arrived at the dealership at the time of purchase; therefore, the window tint had not yet been applied. An appointment has been scheduled to have the window tint done. All information and contract on a tablet with writing so small I could barely see it. When I first talked to the salesman, the MSRP on the car was $ 24,680.00. When I texted him for a OTD price, the price had gone up to over $ 26,000.00. Could this be BAIT AND SWITCH ? The window sticker stated that the deep tint had been installed at the manufacturer, but sure enough, the dealership had added an addendum to the window sticker stating they had installed the deep tint, added nitrogen to tires, and charged me for the dealer prep so they could clean it up to sell it to me. I didn't charge anything to clean my car that I traded in. Just don't understand all the fees and add ons on the contract. Document fee and filing fee---DOUBLE DIPPING. I know they are in business to make money, but do they have to make it all one one customer ?

This is hands down THE WORST dealership I have ever
This is hands down THE WORST dealership I have ever encountered because of their lack of customer service and because they rip people off from out of state. First of all shame on me for not test driving the vehicle and for not getting into a new vehicle. Since they couldn’t even start working on my vehicle for two weeks and they KNEW I had to be down south to help people as the hurricane was approaching, they said my best bet would be to get into another vehicle. I was under duress and they knew it! So the GM brought me to a truck, I liked it, signed docs and left. The check engine light came on shortly as I was driving down to point B, I notified Mr. Conley about that and about the tailgate not latching properly. This was the day I bought the xxxx truck! Since then I’ve attempted contacting them, mind you this has now been ongoing for almost a year now! I feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off! If we could all come together and file a lawsuit, I’m in! They KNEW I would’ve unwound the xxxx vehicle, which is why they did not respond! They KNEW I lived in Texas and that my cell service was patchy due to being in south Florida helping folks with the aftermath of the hurricane.

Service appointment
Made an appointment for repairs. Told to leave vehicle 3-5 days for service to evaluate problem since 70 vehicles ahead of me. Why insinuate your vehicle will be repaired with an appointment when it's only a drop off time? Oil change works with an appointment

Hi Edward, the appointment time is not the time at which the technician begins a diagnosis or repair. The appointment time is for vehicle check-in and then the vehicle is placed in que for a technician to diagnose the vehicle. Due to the availability of parts whether they are in stock or have to be ordered, the technician can have multiple vehicles that he is working on at the same time. In the event of a parts delay the technician can begin the diagnosis of another vehicle, which is why we ask for the vehicle to be brought in at the appointment time so if we can get to it sooner, we will have it here already and will be able to do so.

Mike Sullivan and Roger lie between their teeth. Selling me a bad used car and they Fn know it too! Shame on these 2! Oh and they didn't disclose that my 2017 Chevy Malibu had been in 2 wrecks, only told me once it had been in a wreck!

Yeah, y'all sold me a xxx Chevy Malibu. Both front tires were bald, 2 different sizes, front axel was broken and y'all did nothing to try and fix the problem. Even Allen Turner said they would not have put it on the lot unless those were fixed. This is a xxxx poor business if you ask me. I will write a letter to Mr. sandy sansing myself and send it to his personal address. It has costed me over 1200 bucks to get it fixed out of my own pocket. I will never recommend anyone to y'all again! Also, the vehicle has been in 2 wrecks and not just one. That's a lawsuit in it's self! If anybody reads this, take your business somewhere else!! These people prey on women and sells used junk cars without a sales paperwork, no spare tire, both front tires are 2 different sizes, broken U Joint, and did not disclose a second wreck it had been in. These people lie between their teeth. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
