I am writing this review on behalf of my son who

I am writing this review on behalf of my son who purchased a car from Sandy Sansing Used Car Dealership. The car's trunk has a leak, and my son's personal belongings got all soaked and wet. My son was told by the dealership they would not reimburse him. My son told the manager by the name of Kelly someone has to reimburse me for my personal belongings getting ruined. The manager Kelly told my son they not fixing xxxx. I am trying to speak with Mr. Sansing myself, but no one can seem to give me his information. This is absolutely ridiculous. I advice anyone to never purchase a car from this dealership again.

I would not recommend buying a car form this dealership.

I would not recommend buying a car form this dealership. I purchased a 2020 car at this dealership in October 2024. On my drive back home (about 350 miles away) the check engine light came on...turn out the car needed a $6000.00 repair. The dealership will not even return my phone calls. Regardless of the outcome of the conversation I would have expected the dealership to return my call about a car I just purchased. I would expect them to stand by the product in some way....instead CRICKETS!

I scheduled an appointment to look at a used car with a courteous and professional young woman named Sara. When I let her know I had arrived she said to ask for a salesman named Abby. Well, I met with him and he couldn’t find the keys to the car and I waited 15 to 20 minutes. Upon returning to his little area, he says if I buy it he will make a key. I thought it was a joke. He told me to drive to the back corner of the lot. After struggling to find him, I look at the car and he again says he will make a key if I buy it. I told him I will not buy a car without test driving so he attempted to call someone and I said I would be back tomorrow. After leaving he texts me to come back he found the key. I ignored him. I tried to call Used Car Manager and was unable to leave a voicemail but couldn’t. Receptionist wanted me to speak with Customer Service Manager and I left her a message. No attempted to reach me. I understand this was a used vehicle and not a high dollar item. However, my choice to not owe tens of thousands by buying a cash car does is my right. I guess this dealership looks down on people like me. However, on the bright the day after I left this dealership, I drove my new to me used car that I paid cash for from Downtown Motors in Milton, Florida!! Great salesman named Donny was happy to get my business and was amazing!!!

Dude worse place ever i bought a truck with 8k warranty

Dude worse place ever i bought a truck with 8k warranty the next day it went in limp mode called dealership they came and towed it never got it fixed was told by salads guy Neal Essex it was fixed and checked out apprantly sandy sansing Milton didn’t even look at it , truck still going into limp mode and slamming my truck down in gear over snd over endangering my kids , my fiancée been calling for 3 weeks and can’t get anyone to give me a straight story they won’t work on my truck told me I had to drop Ot off for weeks and they don’t give loaners out or help with transportation bought a 35k truck that goes out of commission twice a week at least and can’t get it above 40 mph was told at one point I could switch it out. T with truck of equal value now can’t get ahold of that guy the gm never answers or responds and anyone they connect you with don’t answerrr horrible place Neal Essex snd Gustavo sell bad trucks and don’t help and upper management does nothing to help even with a 8k bumper to bumper warranty

Bought a truck from these people, after having a horrible

Bought a truck from these people, after having a horrible experience at another dealership. Thought all was well until next day check light engine comes on and it gets towed back to this dealership. We bought the warranty but the dealership is giving us the run around on what’s wrong with the truck. First they say nothing was wrong and come to find out the truck was supposed to be sent to another dodge dealership to be fixed but Neal lied to us. Now we are having a hard time getting Mike Sullivan and Neal to answer the phone and speak to us about what can be done. This dealership put our family in danger by sending us with a truck that is having all these issues.
