Bill Smith and CJ were so great to work with!

Bill Smith and CJ were so great to work with! I got a great price on the exact wrangler that I wanted. And I didn’t even have to haggle, they gave me a great price from the very beginning of our interaction. I will definitely be returning here for my next Jeep, and the ones after that.

My experience with Troncalli was great.

My experience with Troncalli was great. Friendly staff members, especially Bill Smith. We found a used vehicle that we were interested in and Bill provided the CARFAX report and other information about the vehicle. We negotiated a price that we could agree on and we purchased the vehicle. It was a great experience.

I recently had an excellent experience at Troncalli

I recently had an excellent experience at Troncalli dealership in Cumming, GA, and I can’t say enough good things about Tyler Grant. From start to finish, Tyler was the definition of professionalism—courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. What really stood out to me was how he went above and beyond by personally driving my new truck home for me. That level of service is rare and truly shows how much he cares about his customers. It made the entire experience incredibly convenient and stress-free. Tyler was easy to work with, never pushy, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression. If you’re visiting Troncalli in Cumming, I highly recommend asking for Tyler Grant. His professionalism and dedication to customer service made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2023 Tesla Model Y

I had a great experience purchasing my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Tyler Grant at Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Tyler was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step, especially with it being my first Tesla. The process was smooth, no pressure, and honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. I really appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend Tyler if you’re considering a Tesla or any vehicle at Troncalli!

I was referred to Troncalli CDJR as a great dealership to

I was referred to Troncalli CDJR as a great dealership to work with, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite due to poor communication and lack of accountability. For context, I am a 100 percent disabled veteran, which comes with certain benefits in Georgia such as the ad valorem tax exemption. As of January 1st, the law changed to allow two vehicles with disabled veteran tags, but only one vehicle can receive the tax exemption. I was not aware of this update at the time, and I will take responsibility for that. However, what is unacceptable is that none of the dealership staff or finance team caught this either when processing my paperwork. At no point did anyone stop and say there may be an issue with eligibility. Over 30 days after my purchase, I received a call from the sales manager, Anthony, informing me for the first time that I was not eligible for the tax exemption and now owed several thousand dollars. Instead of handling this professionally, I was immediately asked how I planned to pay, whether cash or a loan. When I explained I was not prepared for that, the conversation shifted to scare tactics. I was told they could come take the truck, that I would not be able to get a tag, and other unnecessary pressure statements. What makes this even more frustrating is that the roughly five thousand dollars in taxes could have simply been rolled into the original loan, which would have only increased the monthly payment slightly. Instead, I was being pushed to come out of pocket or seek a personal loan after the fact. That approach is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was told I owed a late fee, even though I was only notified after the 30 day window had already passed. This is a direct result of the dealership’s failure to properly process and verify the paperwork in the first place. I attempted to escalate this to the general manager, Clifford Rudd, hoping for a reasonable conversation and solution. Instead, there was no effort to meet or understand the situation directly. It felt more like internal protection of staff and profit than any concern for the customer experience. As a current VFW Post Commander, I take care of my fellow veterans and stay actively connected across local posts, district levels throughout North Georgia, and state level channels. I will be sharing this experience within those communities so other veterans are aware. Veterans do not need to be put in situations like this when making a major purchase. Mistakes happen on both sides, but how a business handles those mistakes is what defines them. In this case, there was zero ownership, poor communication, and unprofessional customer interaction. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Troncalli CDJR. -Ron Coulter

Mr. Coulter, during your purchase, both our salesperson and sales manager spoke with you regarding the state allowing the tax exemption on only one vehicle. You expressed that you would pay tax on your current vehicle and transfer the exemption to the new one with the county. When our sales manager tried to question this option you were seeking, you quickly shut him down and wanted to handle it yourself. We are very aware of how the exemption works and how to navigate the process. Your transaction was not the first, nor the last we will handle. Regarding us being unreasonable, we do not participate of keep any portion of advalorem taxes. Therefore, there was no negotiations available as we attempted to expalin the process during your purchase. We appreciate your business and tried to accommodate your wishes. And thank you for your service to our country.
