Nicole Floegel in the service department is the most incredible service advisor I have ever dealt with. Out of all the different brands I have owned, Nicole, at Rick Hendrick BMW, is solely responsible for me wanting to continue to drive a BMW. There is nothing more frustrating than purchasing an expensive car and consistently receiving poor service. Well Nicole has restored my faith in the service industry and I will never own a different brand. Her communication and willingness to provide exceptional and unforgettable customer decide every single time is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend Nicole and Rick Hendrick BMW.

I recently purchased a BMW X6 and had an outstanding experience thanks to Tristan and manager Jack. I drove 4 hours from North Carolina, and Tristan went above and beyond by waiting for me and making sure everything was ready when I arrived. From start to finish, Tristan was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW brand. He took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Jack was also fantastic—very professional, helpful, and made the overall experience even better. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and well worth the trip.
