Nicole Floegel in the service department is the most incredible service advisor I have ever dealt with. Out of all the different brands I have owned, Nicole, at Rick Hendrick BMW, is solely responsible for me wanting to continue to drive a BMW. There is nothing more frustrating than purchasing an expensive car and consistently receiving poor service. Well Nicole has restored my faith in the service industry and I will never own a different brand.
