Recently bought a truck. Anna who helped with our sale was awesome. She was very informative and even changed plates in the pouring rain. Would definitely buy from her again. The only negative part about this experience is the trade in process. I believe that they try to give you the very lowest price possible. Wouldn't reccomend trading a vehicle in there!

I used an outside loan company. They will not release the vehicle to me - even though there is a legal document guaranteeing they will get paid -- until there is a check in their bank account. Finance guy filled out paperwork incorrectly. So, I continue to wait.
