June’s 10 Cheapest Lease Deals
What Car Shoppers Need to Know
- Numerous nationwide deals allow you to lease a new vehicle for less than $300 per month.
- The cheapest leases listed here cost less than $10,000 for two years and less than $12,000 for three years.
- Cars, SUVs and hybrids are among the cheapest leases this month.
If you’re looking to get into a new car for the lowest possible price, leasing is a reliable way to do it. Leasing is not without its drawbacks: You don’t build any equity in the vehicle, you’re often locked into the agreement if your financial situation changes, and in the long term, it typically doesn’t save you any money. But if short-term savings are more important for you, then a lease tends to be the cheapest way to get into a new car right now. That’s particularly true if you pick from the list below. All leases detailed here are available nationwide until at least June 30. Shoppers will need to qualify for these offers based on their credit scores.
All of the vehicles on this list are subcompact or compact cars or SUVs. The cheapest among them are two-year leases on the subcompact Buick Envista and Buick Encore at $199 per month with $4,809 and $5,009 due at signing, respectively. The compact Honda Civic and Kia K4 get three-year leases at $219 and $239 per month and $3,899 and $3,499 due at signing, respectively. At $3,928 per year, the Civic is the cheapest car on the list on an annual basis.
The Civic hybrid is the only hybrid on the list, but it costs $60 per month more than the gas-only model and requires an additional $100 at signing.
The vehicle we’re most surprised to see on the list is the 2027 Kia Seltos. It’s completely redesigned as a bigger subcompact crossover with more interior space and larger screens. All-new vehicles tend to have sales momentum of their own without the need for incentives. The 2026 model is also on the list, but the 2027 model costs $20 per month more.
