What Car Shoppers Need to Know

  • Up to $3,000 cash back available on 2025-26 Ford Maverick until July 6
  • Low-interest financing and regional lease deals also available
  • Before incentives, pricing for the 2026 Maverick starts at $28,840 (all prices include destination fee).

While full-size pickup trucks enjoy a deeply entrenched popularity in the U.S., few smaller trucks catch as much reflected glory from their big brethren as the Ford Maverick. Among less-than-full-size pickups, the compact Maverick is second only to the mid-size Toyota Tacoma in sales. Able to return up to 38 mpg combined with the optional hybrid powertrain and tow up to 4,000 pounds, the Maverick is an unqualified success. Nevertheless, Ford is providing some generous incentives on the compact pickup throughout the month of June. All offers detailed below are valid until July 6.

Cash

A consumer rebate is a straightforward cash-back offer: They’re advertised, and the only necessary qualification is that you buy a Maverick. Dealer cash is trickier: These payments from the manufacturer to the dealership are not advertised, and how much of that payment an individual dealer is willing to share with the customer will vary.

Model Year Cash Back Program Type Region
2025 $3,000 Dealer cash All
2026 $3,000 Dealer cash All
2025 $1,000 Consumer rebate All

The consumer rebate is only being offered on the 2025 Maverick, but those will be much harder to find. A survey of new-car listings on Cars.com shows only about 1,800 2025 trucks in nationwide inventory, compared to 18,300 2026 models.

Assuming the dealer cash offer works out to equal savings on the 2025 and 2026 models, it’ll have a bigger impact on the 2025 model, which had a base price of $27,990 compared to $28,840 for the 2026 model. There are no significant equipment differences between the two model years, but the 2026 does offer a powertrain configuration that was not available on the 2025 Maverick. The turbocharged engine is available with front-wheel drive on the 2026 truck, whereas all-wheel drive was standard with the turbo for 2025.

Finance

If you do manage to find a 2025 Maverick in dealer inventory, Ford is also offering the following low-interest financing until July 6.

Model Year Deal Amount Terms Region
2025 2.9% 24 All
2025 2.9% 36 All
2025 3.9% 48 All
2025 4.9% 60 All
2025 5.9% 72 All
2025 5.9% 84 All

Lease

There are no nationwide lease deals on the Maverick at this time, but regional offers are available. Check with your local dealer to find out if there are any lease deals in your area. The following examples are also valid through July 6.
