Camryn went above and beyond helping us get my new 2026 Rav4 in the color I wanted. He explained how everything worked hooked my phone up to the car and made sure we liked it. We even got to test drive it before we finished up the paperwork. He has followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok and we had no issues or questions. He took us over to wear they sell the accessories so we could get the roof rack bar that we wanted ordered. Great place! Chris was kind and honest start to finish. I got the car I wanted for a good price. We were there late into the night, and even after the check was signed and the papers were done, he gave us his time and courtesy. He went so far as to take off my old license plate holder and put it on my new car for me at midnight! That is service!

Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. Making a appointment for my two year service on my new Toyota Corolla hybrid was a piece of cake and when I took it there, they got me right in said it could be maybe an hour and a half in 30 minutes I was done and out of there.

Eduardo is the best service writer. I came in for a recall repair and maintenance. It was a very good experience and felt like it was a very welcoming atmosphere. They even have a nice little shop to get some food while you wait. Thank you I will be back!

Easy and hassle-free

Service department was very efficient. Jose kept me informed about my vehicle along the way. The only thing that was puzzling was the mileage in & out on my paperwork was off by over 10 miles. Did someone take it home the previous night? (I had to leave my vehicle overnight)
