We decided in the summer of 2024 that we were tired of the Jeep and decided to see what Shelor had to offer in the Toyota line of SUV’s. We visited Shelor Toyota and after working with the salesman on a trade, we purchased a new 2024 Highlander. Have been nothing but pleased with our purchase and the service at Shelor Toyota. Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
