My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

I have had Nissan Titans for many years now and just recently purchased a 2023 Titan. Overall it’s a great truck but this particular truck has a shifting issue that seems to downshift hard when driving in normal mode and not all the time where it will bump hard forward. I have had the dealership look at it and they said it was normal but could not replicate it so whatever that means.

All the staff are so friendly and nice I would recommend Nissan in cullman. If I need another car I would definitely be back. J

Very happy with my Titan Pro 4x. Everything in this truck is convenient and user friendly. Right blend of tech and ease of use. Seating is comfortable with great appointments. Panoramic roof option with ventilated seats is a great addition. Had many choices to consider. After looking at Ford, GM and Ram the Titan shined above all 3. Fit & finish inside and out is superior in every way. The 5 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty is by far best in the business.

The service crew is top notch. Always helpful and they take great care of our three Nissans. We have also bought two of our cars there. Would definitely recommend Nissan of Athens.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years! Each person I interacted with was informative, courteous, and non-pressure. It started with a contact with the online sales person, whom I met in person at the time of pick-up. Adolfo was a true gentleman and took the time to investigate every question for me before making the nearly 4 hour drive. He provided pictures and a summary of their standard inspection report details to back it up. Though the Sienna van was higher mileage, it was a recent trade-in and impeccably maintained. By supplementing the CarFax details, I was convinced this van should be safe and reliable for many more miles. Ultimately, we got a great pricing, too -- probably in part because many folks avoid higher mileage vehicles. Signing the paperwork with Adolfo was straigtforward, clear, and efficient, and then I finished up with a few more signatures with the finance office, which was also quick particularly because we didn't need financing. Honda of Ames provides the buyer a flash drive with all completed paperwork so I don't need to scan these for recordkeeping later. Such a nice touch! Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting area and a nice indoor kids play area so my little ones were constructively occupied. In all, we were at the dealership probably about 90 minutes including test drive. I've been at dealerships for literally a half a day before! So, even though it's 4 hours from us, I'll be tempted to make Honda of Ames my go to source for car buying. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

Went in for a recall, which ended up being a computer update. Was expecting a comeback we?ve ordered part but like I said it ended up being just a computer update.. I I wasn?t expecting for them to do a multi point inspection of my vehicle, which was fabulous. Just I wasn?t expecting it on a recall appointment.. I love the system where they send you a message where you can pick and choose the items that need to be taken care of. I was told I needed a new engine air filter, which I knew I did for my last oil change I approved it over the phone. They gave me a clear price of what it would cost out the door. They washed my car the service writer was friendly professional. I love Ken Henley inventor their showroom is amazing, clean gorgeous, comfortable sales people are friendly professional.
