This dealership was the first of many that we visited searching for our next vehicle. Upon entering the building, we were happily greeted by Omeed Safagar. He was courteous, attentive to our needs, and was not pushy. What impressed us is that he sat in the car and showed us every detail from the passenger's side all the way around to the driver's side, to the cabin and cargo section of the car. He not only answered every single question, but he displayed knowledge about every feature. In contrast, every other dealership either made us wait to be seen, did not know about every feature of their car and "glossed over" their answers, and even one ended our visit abruptly to cater to another guest. The manager, Stephen Staats, was also a part of the experience and even predicted that we would be back. We laughed at the time, but he was right! The sales process was fantastic, and we highly recommend asking for Omeed if you are planning on visiting this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase and hope that the rest of our experience there is just as positive.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot. Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached. I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.
