Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Jose at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park was absolutely amazing to work with. After my recent car accident, I was stressed, overwhelmed, and very worried about finding a reliable vehicle within my budget. Jose was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, answered every question I had, and explained every detail clearly without making me feel pressured. One of my biggest concerns was spending endless hours at a dealership after hearing so many horror stories, but the entire experience was surprisingly smooth and organized. Jose really listened to what I needed financially and helped me find a Toyota Corolla Cross that fit my situation perfectly. I truly appreciated the professionalism, transparency, and kindness from the team. I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. The experience in birmingham was horrible, but we contacted Lowery to see if the vehicle that she liked was still available, it was so we drove to Boaz to check it out, Carmela helped us and she was amazing and so friendly. They made us feel welcome and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. My mom bought it and while waiting for the paperwork to sign, Carmela talked with us and got to know who we are. If you need a second vehicle or just want to replace one, go to Lowery of Boaz. They have many to choose from and they look great. The experience there was the best of any place we have been to while looking for a SUV. I highly recommend Lowery, Thank you Carmela for helping us and being such a great person to talk to.
