I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

I've had a great experience with Honda of Newnan. From purchase to service absolutely no issues. Service is great and the car is washed when you pick it up.

Had a great experience with the service advisor, Eric on 8-27-25. Had a some questions for an app't the following day. Arrived at 5:00 and not only did Eric, the service advisor, save me a couple of hundred dollars, but was able to get the recommended service completed in a half hour without having an app't. I have not always had great experiences but this made up for the lack of attentiveness in the past. Have been a customer since 1990 and will continue to have Planet Honda in Golden to service my 2018 CRV Honda.

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I knew what I wanted and what thru had before going. Drove 2 hours to get there. Salesman was nice and not pushy. Had a couple fees automatically added but no hesitation when asked for them to be removed. Priced fair so didn’t need to negotiate. Finance guy was also not pushy. Laid out choices of extras but didn’t try any pushy car dealer sales tactics. Reid Rogers was salesman & would go there again if need anything else

Still researching and calling with questions. They answer politely, no pressure, no “today only” deals. Good first impression.

Prices are just too high with that many miles. I don’t want to be constantly paying for repairs.
