We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! Plenty of space, rides high to see the traffic ahead of you , 4 Wheel comes very handy , weather it's wet grass for your kids games or a foot of snow . Nothing better then to have that luxery when you need it !

With the v 6 and 4x4 great around town. But lost it on the black ice and mud up in Canada. Only 4x4 i ever got stuck in. Rides nice, powerful. I was very happy with it. Just a good city toy truck for little jobs.

My husband & I were the 1st to get there before they opened and to our excitement they had a Kia EV6 electric. We test drove I fell in love & bought it. Chance Moore is the salesperson to ask for he went over everything that I needed to learn about the car, even when Kia Connect was down he kept trying and I had to tell him it's okay I will come back but he would not give up trying to get me connected, I'm like I'll be back. When I purchased the 2005 Ranger 4x4 I knew it needed tires and I had new snow tires installed within 3 days of purchase and also put 420 lbs of sand in a bag in the pickup bed and this truck does a great job of snow removal while I'm inside the cab toasty warm. Please note that the only reason for purchasing this truck is for snow removal of my driveway of over 600 ft not Off-Roading.
