I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Shelor Motor Mile in November 2021. My wife and I were very pleased with the results of the purchase and the service Shelor provided over the next three years. We decided in the summer of 2024 that we were tired of the Jeep and decided to see what Shelor had to offer in the Toyota line of SUV’s. We visited Shelor Toyota and after working with the salesman on a trade, we purchased a new 2024 Highlander. Have been nothing but pleased with our purchase and the service at Shelor Toyota. If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!

Saw the car on line and went down to take a look. The car was a fair price and was able to negotiate a little more off. My salesman Chad Echezuria was very easy to work with. What I like best was the was no bait and switch and price on line was the price they were asking. Not the price after a $2k deposit to make the price on line look better.

A good experience overall, but a lot of time wad wasted waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to discuss sales terms with the manager.

The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!

Best car I’ve ever owned. Ford hit a home run with their latest hatchback rocket ship. Not only is it the top of the heap for hot hatches. They only brought approximately 5000 into the states. Now that they stopped bringing them in the prices are rising. I’ve seen $50K for a 2016 at auction. I paid $39K new fun fun fun

Best experience ever in buying a vehicle! To start with I was interested in a truck at the Fon Du Lac dealership and after texted them my interest I received a call within an hour. I told her (forgot name) I lived in Minocqua so she kindly said they could transfer it up here if I put down a minimal down payment. Within days it was delivered here at the Minocqua dealership. This car is perfect for my son. He uses it for school and it has plenty of room for his sport's equipment also. He says the ride is smooth and the mileage is great.

Great car, I drive my focus RS as a daily, very practical and comfortable. Currently at 90k miles runs like a champ no major issues. Didn’t like the oem wheels due to constantly having to replace tires due to pot holes. The car give me confidence to go into corners at insane speeds, never feel like I’m gonna lose grip. In terms of comfort I can sit in the front seats for hours at a time very comfortable for an average weight/build man. But in terms of interior space the back seats get a little cramped when having tall passengers. But still very practical if your not carrying passengers constantly.

I was looking for a fun daily driver that has great performance I can use in all seasons. With the winter tires and wheels this was a snowmobile in the winter, and a blast in the summer.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

Very fun car with great power and style. Interior styling is very basically though. Recaro seats are awesome and very supportive. So far I haven't had any issues with it.

I drove 11 hours each way from Alabama to purchase a truck and trade mine in. I was very impressed with my salesperson, Jonni, and the rest of the staff I encountered. I had a slight issue after the sale with my taxes and tags, which is being resolved. I would do it all over again.

The perfect “practical” sports car with blistering acceleration, great handling, and lots of carrying capacity. I was amazed at how this car's handling is in the same league as a C7 Corvette Z06 which has much wider tires. The magic is in the advanced AWD system which can focus 70% of the power on either rear wheel which really pulls you through corners as if this car had huge wide tires. Really an accomplishment by Ford. Believe it or not, this car will outperform much more powerful cars at the track because of this AWD system.

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.
