I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

BEST FLEXIBLE VEHICLE I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE CONVERSION TO A COVERED TRUCK INSIDE IS GREAT. THE DIMENSION OF THE ROOF SPACE IN THE INTERIOR IS GREAT FOR CARRY LARGE ART PIECES. THE XL SIZE OF THE ENTRANCE IN THE TRUCK IS AWESOME.

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!

The Flex is an amazing mid-size SUV, wagon or van depending on who you ask. While it may not get the best MPG, the vehicle is responsive, quick (even on the non-ecoboost) and fun to drive. The styling is definitely it's strong suit, both in being unique inside and out but by also being very practical. Everything is setup in a very natural way, if you use select-shift it's very easy to work with and for two people above 6 feet there's plenty of room in front two row seating. My biggest concern for any potential buyers is the value. I would absolutely recommend a Flex to anyone due to it being very safe and fun but if you want it with more capability or with more features the vehicle can easily get into the higher $20k's and into the $30k's. I definitely recommend the EcoBoost, at the cost of a couple MPG it becomes a very sporty vehicle, but it's only an option on higher trims. 2013 got the updated front-end but I recommend newer years with a newer Sync system that'll support Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Last thing is to watch out for is EcoBoosts with bad service records and Flex's without their water pump replaced at some point. Both are known to go bad if a previous owner didn't keep up with maintenance.

I cannot figure out why Ford stopped making this cool car. They ride excellently have plenty of horse-power and are very roomy. I personally think that the same guys that screwed up the design of the Mustangs made the decision to cancel the Flex.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

Great for hauling things around besides the kids, The 3.5 standard v6 is not strong enough for this heavy box on wheels I found the 6speed trans can keep up but the motor struggles lugging this thing around. If your going to purchase one get the AWD with the turbo charged 3.5 overall I’d buy another just not the base sel model

AWD will be great in the winter, feels very solid. Mine is the non turbocharged but still has plenty of horsepower. It seems like people either love or hate the looks of this wagon shaped crossover suv.

I think people were just starting to get the feels for Ford Flex’s. If you’re going to discontinue one of your cars do the other SUVs I test drove and hated. Just by i decided to test drive one and on the spot bought it. You won me over with a FLEX, we used to be strictly Chevy. Bring back the flex...please. When I wear this one out what am I going to get after a FLEX?

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. I bought it to pull my small trailer. Pulls excellent. No hitch drop. I also use it to haul my saddlery products. Lots of room and plenty of scat to haul with. I haven't driven my Chrysler 300 with a Himey since I bought the Flex. I still own the 300, just in case I change my mind.

Brought new in 2009, now has 180000 miles. For the cons had to replace front axles three times, rebuilt front end suspension twice, replaced cooling fans twice under warranty and replaced transmission at 146k. As for the plus side - roomy for adults, love panoramic roof, 26 mpg plus on road trips, room for luggage and cargo, heated comfortable seats, powerful enough for merging into traffic and taking mountains easily, great sound and entertainment system, handles smoothly over rough pavement thanks to 22 in tires. Wish I had telescoping steering wheel that came with 2010 and back-up camera (does alert you if something behind car when backing up) but I have owned trucks, cars, a van and SUVs and still this vehicle is top of my list - owned this vehicle for 11 years, longest I have ever owned a vehicle and plan to drive a few more years!

This car is the most comfortable! Lots of room, lots of options, a dream to drive. Needed a bigger car that was good in the snow.

They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

I'm 6'8". The Flex was the only SUV i could fit in comfortably short of full size pickup types. Excellent on the highways. 100% reliable.
