2006 F150 5.4
I bought my 2006 F150 5.4 back in 2014 it had close to 100,000 miles. The only issue I had with it, is a spark plug blew out and had a mechanic install a helicoil and a new spark plug. Ever since I haven't had any problems and I always do the oil changes with synthetic oil. Now in 2024 the truck still runs strong, it's always been my work truck and daily driver. It haves 277,876 miles and counting. Love my truck. No major issues, I definitely recommend this truck

Old Faithfull 2006 F150
Got the truck as a company vehicle with 305,000 miles on it in 2015. I have 463,000 on it now. It's a 4wd extended cab with the 6.5 ft bed. Replacing the bed now due to corrosion from State Maine winters. Replaced rear springs and shocks as well with bed replacement. Othervthan brakes and other wear parts the rest of truck is all original. Gets 18+ mpg. Old Faithfull as I refer to it.

When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.
