I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.

I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

Well let's start with my Dad worked for GM 34 years. With 6 boys guess what company we went with. I bought my wife a used 08 Chevy Impala from a friend that owned a car lot. It had 90k miles on it. I got it for $1,500.00 a steal. She still have that car today and it has 248,365 miles on it now and believe it or not it runs the same as it did when I bought it. I thought it was time to get my wife a new car and she said, "no thank" this car had never set her down. I did the maintenance on all of my vehicles. She told me she would drive another Chevy Impala. So I got her the 2012 LT FLEX from a private owner. This car is wicked. With the after market sports parts. I can only imagine how many miles she'll put on this one. Guess who drives the 08". It will have a 1/4 of a million on it by the end of January 2025.LOL you have to get one, or just drive on to get. Love the product. My wife drove a stick when I met her. She says it fell like she's shifting gears without the work. That 6 speed transmission shifts so flawlessly. She won't drive anything other than a Chevy. She wants an El Camino. LOL 😆 .

Small hometown car lot. Troy wasnt pushy at all and let me take the truck on a test drive alone. The truck was mechanically very good as advertised, with some smaller issues that I found upon inspection. After test drive, i noted those issues and Troy offered to fix them but we instead agreed upon an as-is price at my suggestion. The dealer fee was reasonable and the process was very relaxed.

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

I first purchased my 2010 Impala back in 2011. One of my most reliable comfortable vehicles. Unfortunately towards the time of me owning the vehicle it keeped overheating etc. Had to replace the Water Pump the normal wear and tear over the years. But many Chevy Dealerships couldn't figure out the problem. Until like many GM products, it was a Headgasket issue. And my Transmission was starting to slip. I had close to 200,000 miles on it. Also the Actuators were going bad as well. That "Clicking" every time you got in the vehicle drove me crazy. I got rid of my Impala back in 2018 due to me moving to another State and I had just purchased another New Vehicle. But this is a Comfortable Highway Cruiser. Very roomy, would buy again as a second Vehicle

We purchased this as a CPO in 2012 with 16k miles. I have been very good about fluids maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission fluid exchange service, power steering, coolant, etc. In return the car now has 214,000 miles without one single mechanical repair. Sure it has needed tires and brakes and some minor electrical replacements (gas pedal, turn signal stalk and the servos that control heat/cool) but all in those "repairs" have added up to about $500 in almost 200k miles of driving. I have never met anyone who has had better service out of any car of any brand than we have out of this one! Sure wish they still made them like this.

"Honest" is a great place to buy a used car. Not only were they honest; they were friendly, professional and put no pressure on me at all.

I need to find out if crankshaft censor has been recalled because mine has stopped working and all I get is crank no fire . Everything stopped going down the road as I was driving it. Shut everything off no breaks or anything.

I was 10 years old and always wanted a Chevy Impala. I had a 2003 model prior to this one. I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala LT from CarMax. I love the power it has. It's fast!!! The fuel economy is OK I guess. I love the automatic start feature. Before I leave for work I hit the LOCK button twice then hold the circle button on the key fob and it starts right up. It doesn't take long to warm up so all I have to do is turn the key and go. The car shifts like a dream, it shifts like a 6 speed manual but it's an automatic. The interior space it OK not crazy about it but the trunk is big. Mine also has Bluetooth connectivity I hooked my phone up to it so now I get hands free calling. If I have my phone with me and the Bluetooth is on it automatically connects for me. I hit it button on the steering wheel and say a phone number it dials the number I say. It has cruise control. Overall a smooth quiet ride and very reliable. I just love this car. The only problem it gave me so far was the tapping noise from the dash which turned out to be the HVAC door blend actuator which I fixed myself. Thanks Chevrolet for this great product. Hopefully you bring the Impala back.

Doesn't look great on the exterior honestly, but it definitely can when you get the higher trims. However, the interior is spacious and has comfortable seating, simple controls and amazing sound quality for your music. I got one with the column shifter and double bench seat, which is really nice when you need to squeeze all your buddies in the car. The Camaro derived V6 is punchy, full of life and lets the car rip to your hearts desire. Still, I average about 34 mpg when I drive, so it's quite fuel efficient, especially for a large American car! Also has a massive trunk to fit more stuff in. I simply wish there was more aftermarket support for modifications.

Had for seven years very reliable, The only thing I need to recall the agitators cause I cannot afford to get them fixed. They’re causing massive problems problems in my every day living.

This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. This car treats me really good great heat super comfortable hella leg room and gets you a to b no problem just keep up on oil changes and tune ups

Great milage multiple 500 mile plus tripwith 37 mpg consistently 30 hwy or better, plenty of power, just hang on. No real issues in 140000 not even replace brake pads.

I have had my 08 impala ls for almost 5 years now. It is my first car and I have nothing but good things to say about it. When I first got it it had a hard shift from gears 1-2, I ignored it, it went away. I drove it for 6 months with ZERO OIL in the engine. Crazy lifter tick, I put oil in it, it’s fine. I’ve had major things break down (it’s old) and it still drove me home every single time. While this car does feature pretty bad electrical issues, it’s more than worth it to me. In my friend group my impala is known as the invincible . It is totaled with unibody, and subframe damage and it drives like nothing is wrong. I would absolutely recommend this car to anyone who needs a reliable car for cheap. I typically get 24 mpg city and surprisingly 40+ mpg highway. I know not every impala is the same but that’s more than enough for me to stick with this car for life. I’m serious when I say that too. To me, it is one of the best cars ever built. Also it’s massive! It is longer than my friends 2016 Subaru Outback. It has enough trunk space for dual 12 subs, and it’s full of tools, fishing gear, work stuff, snorkeling gear, and more crap. And yes, there is still room. The back seats are the most comfortable I’ve sat in and the front seats are pretty dang nice too. Weather your thinking about this as a starter car, or even an A to B car, it will not let you down. Long live the Impala.
