Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

This is our second purchase from Frank Krause Automotive. Our first purchase was back in 2018, a Honda CRV. The car was solid like Frank said and lasted 7 great years before we decided to let it go. We recently just purchased a Toyota Corolla and could not be happier. The car is solid and runs as it should. Franks approach to car buying is make it uncomplicated and only stick to quality brands like Toyota, Honda, some GMC products etc. His inventory is usually single owner low mileage off lease vehicles. He then goes through the vehicle to make sure it’s running right. I am confident we will get many good operating years out of our 2010 Toyota Corolla. The cars interior is virtually untouched. Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I went in and out of all the cars I bought though out my life this was in every good shape low mileage on it find every thing in great shape and I brought the suv in to pepboys I had very good ties on it but I like a different type and when I went in the guy told me he got his car from there and he was happy with his and he had it for a year os far no problem with his I would definitely tell others about this guy's I'm not one to write on this I brought the truck it mine ant that it but for a good truck or car going and talk with them I believe you will come out with something good

First of all, we are bigger sized people with disabilities. This is the best vehicle we have found for comfort and getting in and out. It was a beautiful car and the only one my wife actually fell in love with. We bought it at 17,500 miles as an 8 year old car and drove it to 104,500 miles without any break downs. Sadly to say it got totaled 2 weeks ago but we survived. Today I bought a 2013 version of the same ESV with 30K miles and the same Raven Black.

This is a very good car but it must be driven like the big car it is. I have 115000 miles on mine, bought it with 89000 four years ago. I have had some mechanical issues but all cars do at this mileage. The mpg is low (9-11 local, 25 highway) but the ride makes up for it. The car cant be beat for road trips and I still get compliments on the look of it. I budget 100/ month for upkeep plus 15/month for tires. Over the long haul this has been very close to actual costs for repairs and maintenance. It is a great car .

I owned an '06 Cadillac DTS money green w/tan top all the excesseries, collum shifter. I loved that car so much I regret letting it go. The only thing an I mean only thing I think could be better on it, is if it were rwd. I swear to God I'ma get me another one!!!!!!

In my 20s, I had a 2005 Cadillac CTS in red. It was a wonderful car—super fast, and I loved driving it. It was both sleek and powerful, and honestly, that car was my world. I regret not keeping it, even though it needed thousands in repairs. Fast forward to today, and I have another Cadillac. She’s beautiful, but she’ll never be my first love.

I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

Positive: Overall good car. I love the design and interior quality. Huge trunk. 10 years later still looks modern and attractive. Negative: Seats are very hard. Different from previous models. Cue system not very practical. I would prefer knobs and buttons. Glove box is unnecessarily complicated. Source of problem.

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

I moved into a little old lady's house who was in her last two years. I loved the house and this 98 cadillac was in the garage where I parked my 95 MB 230 compressor. I loved looking at this car every time I pulled in. Battery was Dead car is Absolutely clean and Beautiful. The daughter sold it to me for $6000. 60k miles and awesome. I've drove it 3 years now and only put $1000 in tires and $569 for new oxygen sensor, wires and new plugs. My friends all Teese me for being a shiny white guy with a Big Ole Cadillac...lol.. They are so Jealous. I love Mrs Betty.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles,usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. It was well worth the trip. My sales person was”Ali G” Givehchi and he made this a very pleasant sales experience. Great dealership,nice people.

I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

Good dealership service, very happy with the service and my new car, would recommend it.
