I Love this MAX!!!

I was fortunate to be able to acquire a 2000 GLE with only 20,140 miles on it. I love this car, it's fast, sporty, luxurious, beautiful, and RELIABLE!! I owned a 1996 Maxima GXE (Which lasted to 160k), but this one is extraordinary. The interior is the same as an Infinity I30, it can beat a BMW 328i easily, and performs just like a 1990-1996 300zx (W/O the Twin Turbo). I would recommend this care to anyone who wants a functional, fun and sporty car that can be a primary or secondary driver's car. This car is worth its weight in gold!

Truly the 4 Door Sports Car

The Maxima has power to spare, particularly in the high end, making passing on the highway no problem. Acceleration off the line is good as well. The car handles well and the suspension feels sporty, not your typical sedan play in the wheel. Overall great value and performance, this car hooked my family on Nissan for years to come.

Maxima

I love the extra space, the luxury features and the reasonable price tag. I would not sell this vehicle, it would not be worth it for what I would get. Hate to say this but this car is built to last, unlike the american, disposable vehicles I've tried to stay loyal to. Other comprable rides are either way more expensive or nowhere as good of quality.

Most reliable car I've owned.

Very reliable. Great engine. Smooth transmission. Very fast. Good standard features. Just change the oil and minor maintenance on standard wear and tear items. I drove mine 174,000 miles in 8 years and spent minimal time and money on repairs. Catalytic converter at 135,000 miles and 6 ignition plugs at 150,000. Changed belts once and brakes 4 times. This car likes to cruise around 70-80 mph on the highway.

Full Package: Performance, Comfort, Reliability

I bought my car in '03 with 82K. I have 120K on it now and the only things I've ever changed are the tires, brakes, and battery. It still looks and drives like new. The engine is powerful, with a satisfying throaty sound during hard acceleration, yet it is whisper-quiet while cruising. I used to commute about 100 miles each way to work and I would emerge comfortable and refreshed. You can drive this car all day long and still be comfortable.

Bought in 2000, w 18k miles

For the money you probably won't do better. I have over 100k miles, and I do the basic maintenance. Very efficient vehicle with good gas mileage, super durability. I've had mine going on 7 yrs and I am not getting another vehicle, this one is saving me too much cash.

Great Fun Car

Since I bought this car in 2005, the only thing that has gone bad on it was the normal wear and tear stuff Plugs etc. If you take care of you car it will last no matter what it is. This is a Fun, Sporty and Fast Car.
