Futuristic, its not for thise that are not for those who are not into learning technology and its options. If you like tech snd new experiences this is it, better than my tesla to be honest luxury and feeling try it gor yourself.

I was so happy with this car, up until now that it needs an update. I started the update last night and I guess overnight the car lost connectivity and everything else was lost with it, is not drivable, a complete day with no car. the worst part is that you contact customer service and they are working on it, but in the meantime I can't go out, still wanting for a response from them.

I had the Lucid Air for a touch over 1 year and 15,000

I had the Lucid Air for a touch over 1 year and 15,000 miles and my experience is horrible. There are so many issues that I wish I had never purchased it and excited to give it back at the end of my lease. The car itself drives well BUT all the little things that matter have been missed. Let me start with the key FOB which does not react until you are within a foot or tow from the car. The app to unlock doors is painfully slow ( takes 3-5 minutes to connect )...the back seat keep making noise and rubbing against each other so that even the slightest bump causes noise.....the auto drive disconnects every few minutes stating it cannot find the satellite....the range is not even close to the advertised range.....and I mean if 420 miles is advertised and you turn on any AC or heat you likely get lucky to get 300 miles.....the satellite radio takes 2-3 minutes to connect once you start the car....making phone calls makes me sound like I am in a can and half the time when call comes in the call rings and connects but the satellite radio keeps playing,.....as I said this is the worst decision I made and I am excited to give the car back ...piece of garbage

This car is not for everyone.

This car is not for everyone. If you don't like learning new tech don't buy the car. The vehicle is for future thinkers who want to experience the future now. Most of negatives are based on a lack of experience with new technology. If you love the future as I do this is the best car ever made.

Great vehicle

We have 700 miles on our Lucid Grand Touring. This car truly is a dream. We have owned many of cars but ,there is nothing that can compare to this car. I will never go back to infernal combustion. It's God bless Lucid, American can be proud of this one

Unreliable company you never can trust

I was inspired by Lucid Design and picked Lucid Air over Mercedes EQS and Tesla model S. The first days were pretty awesome, but After 40 days of driving my Lucid, the rear driver side tire popped in freeway, and the car started smocking. I went through 30 seconds of super stressful situation and pulled over. The Tire and rim got separated and all the brake harnessing was destroyed and deep scratches and damages to the quarter panel. Their service center team blamed on Pirelli tire and said something, somewhere, somehow hit my tire. They threw away the damaged tire with no root cause investigations. The tire damaged the quarter panel interior and body shop work cost was $12000. The fact that Lucid service team did not distinguish between a flat tire case and explosion of a tire is absolutely mind blowing. Lucid exclusively work with one body shop and my car was parked there for 3 weeks for cost estimate. After maxing out my insurance coverage they even do not provide Loaner car for their delay process and millions of other issues. That was my experience with Lucid that I liked to share with my network. Please do not trust the startup companies like Lucid. They are not reliable and have zero support for you. I wish I had made a better decision.

To Bad to be Good

Finished twelve months of chemo, radiation, and hormone therapy for a cancer diagnosis and thought I would reward myself with a 2023 Grand Touring. Regrettably, a decision that has only caused frustration in my life. Wish I could return the vehicle but instead stuck with trying to get rid of it through CarsandBids. The biggest challenge in not getting the vehicle to charge properly. I am now on the third day of trying to charge the vehicle using the at home charging station provided by Lucid, which is an option priced at $1,200. After six telephone calls to Technical Support I am now able to slowly charge the vehicle. Charging time is 11 hours. Footnote: the battery ran down from 90% to 10% after driving 218 miles, which is not the range promoted by Lucid. The Technical Support team seems to be guessing at solutions during each telephone visit. The cockpit panel has failed to function several times, which requires a reboot. The vehicle also takes an unreasonable amount of time to open when approached. I have to stand next to the vehicle or press the recessed handle to get in the vehicle without waiting. There have been a host other issues. I am simply sharing my experience to encourage anyone considering a purchase to exercise patience. Notwithstanding the heavy duty public relations campaign undertaken by Lucid it doesn't appear the company is able and ready to deliver on an exceptional customer experience. Particularly at the asking price.

2022 Grand Air

I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

Terrible customer experience.

Terrible service! Not a luxury car experience. Pretty much after you commit a deposit, the rest of the experience is substandard! No follow up, no one seems to care. I had to cancel the order because the service was so poor that I was doing all of the work to actually get a car I was happy to pay for, qualified no problem for the lease yet this company could not deliver. Strongly suggest sticking with Porsche or Mercedes or a more reliable company. I can’t imagine Lucid will survive.
