Trouble Free Fusion @ 136,000
Bought this car new spring 2014 from a lousy dealer but have been very happy with the car. it is the AWD titanium 4 cyl. It now has 136,000 miles on it. It was driven 60 mile daily commute in North East PA year round for 6 years and never left anyone stranded or been stuck going over the mountain to work in the snow (used dedicated snows) . I have done essentially zero repairs. standard maintenace = fluids, bulbs, tires, and pads. 136,000 and the rotors have not even had to be changed. everything still works as new. Only problem I had was a sensor forget which one on the emission control system while still in extended emission control warranty period. . Should have been covered by ford but the dealer was lousy so I did it myself and they will never see another nickel of my money. This has without a doubt been the most trouble free car I have ever owned going back to my first 1970 barracuda. I have had mostly domestic vehicles and a lot of them with four drivers in the household for many years and then just in general having extra cars. If I had to complain the worst I could do is the headlight bulbs are not too easy to change. I am almost wish I would have bought a newer one before they stopped making them.

Love your car and it should love you
The only real issue I've had since owning the vehicle is the electric power steering went out around I wanna say between 50k-60k miles. I have read a lot of reviews saying the same thing. Some even before 40k miles. Thankfully i had warranty cover it so I'm hoping it doesn't go out again. Supposedly they just reset the motor and it started working again. Other then that I just do regular maintenance on it like shocks, struts, brakes, rotors, and oil changes and that's about it. I got the car 11/2017 with 39k miles. It now has 78k miles. I live in Silicon Valley and have taken the vehicle to Los Angeles twice and drove all around the vicinity and got above 24 miles a gallon. Also i saw reviews that it has a weak transmission. I have mechanics tell me to do transmission exchanges every 30-35k miles depending on how you drive on this specific vehicle because of how vulnerable the tranny is . I didn't do mine until almost 40k miles later after I bought the car so I was above the safe zone. All in all take care of it and it'll take care of you.

Nice summer car obly
Car is great most of the year but not good in the snow. Traction control interferes while on icy streets, has to manually turned off or brakes will lock up causing the abs braking to not work & the car to skid. The 3 inches of car clearance causes the car to "snowplow" thru 4 or more inches of snow and getting stuck in 4" or more of snow, especially, wet heavy snow. Windows constantly fog up if snowing while driving unless defroster is set "on" continuesely at highest temperature causing it to get so hot inside that you have to crack a window some to cool it down but cracking or opening a window when it's snowing causes snow to come in getting the interior door panels and rear seat to get very wet, causing more problems with the leather or cloth upholstery. Passenger seat is bolted way too low to the floor and no "assist" handle is located on the "A" pillar. The ceiling or roof mounted assist handle is basically "Useless" in the position it is in. Don't leave anything of value in the car or trunk as the automatic trunk release opens randomly by itself during cold weather I had it,checked by Ford but the dealer could not find anything wrong with it and replacing trunk release was not a recall so I had to pay the dealer to just look at it and replacement cost a small fortune. Lower control arm bushings need replaced well below the "Normal" mileage use, causing the car to pull left or right, especially on fast take-offs from a dead stop. Plastic front bumper paint chips easily from road debrie so a heavy paint clear stick-on protector is recommended to save the paint and reduce any required touch-ups. Dash lights sometimes shut off by themselves for only a few seconds then go back on, was checked but no problems found by Ford dealer. Check for all 17 plus recalls before or right after purchase. Nice summer car.

This would be hands down the best car!
If I were to purchase this vehicle it would be hands down the best vehicle I’ve ever owned # 1 b/ c it would be the FIRST and only vehicle I’ve ever owned. 2. I’ve done research on the vehicle and it appears to be reliable. I love not only the exterior but the interior as well. A plus for me was being that the car is not outdated overall as well.

Not the car of my choice
I’ve never had a car with so many issues, & let’s not talk about the recalls, but overall it’s an ok car for commuting around town & to & from work. Nothing I’d say is a “all the time highway” car
