Speedy comfort

The interior is by far the most comfortable interior I've been in. Ours has the twin turbo and moves well. There is a little wind noise but it's a box. Haven't had it to long so I cant speak on reliability but I'm very happy so far

Comfortable reliable family hauler

Excellent room and comfort in 1st and 2nd row seating, 3rd row adequate for kids and pets. Great visibility and handling, better than most SUVs and even sedans. With 3rd row folded down excellent cargo space, the boxy back end allows for greater volume than SUVs with tapered design. I've owned 2 Flexes and the eco boost engine really adds zip but both have plenty of power. Mileage is decent for a hauler, 18-20 mpg overall. I put 110K miles on my first Flex over 6 yrs, no expenses besides brakes and tires! You will also spend about $5K-$10K less than a celebrated SUV of comparable trim level. It was a very easy decision to buy another one when the time came. Next time you see a Flex in a parking lot, ask the owner what they think of it. You won't find an unhappy reply.

Rides beautifully

I am very short and the Ford Flex fits be perfectly while still having a ton of space. There are a ton of extra features that make it even more exciting. Can’t wait to have the AWD in the winter.

Very unreliable Costly in maintenance and parts is

I have a very bad experience with this Ford Flex Limited FWD model. Very Very Bad Vehicle, Parts not available. Every 3 to 4 months ends up in the mechanic shop. Steering controls fell apart, had to replace Steering shaft costing $1200+ tax. Steering lines started to leak, parts not available anywhere in Canadian dealership. Steering pump had to be replaced parts not available anywhere in Canadian dealership. Do not waste your money in Ford vehicles. Total cost of repairs in 6 months $6500 CDN. Not worth it.

Didn't think we would buy this model, surprise!

We had not thought this vehicle was one we would buy, the style was not attractive at all. We needed a vehicle that was easy to get into after hip replacements. The Flex turned out to be the best vehicle we tried and we purchased it. It has a very nice feel and ride. We do wish it looked better on the exterior, but nothing we tried felt as good. Thank you Ford for a great fit.

Lots of space and leg room

I love that it is like a suv and a car. Lots of room and great for long family trips. Plus both my fur babies fit in the back.

The ultimate Q-ship

I have owned many vehicles over the years. None even come close to the Flex for quiet comfort, reliability and readability. Friends and family call mine "the limo" for the space, luxury and the quiet capability of the Flex. The comfortable ride, the handling and performance, and the near-flawless build quality make the Flex stand out among the crowd. I have driven mine over 100,000 miles and it is as tight, quiet and problem-free as the day it was new. No other vehicle can handle snow and ice covered roads like the Flex. Best attributes: quality, comfort, style, capability and value. Negatives: fuel economy. Drive any other SUV before you drive the Flex......Im glad I did.

Best example of Function over style. Unique too

Great vehicle for people and cargo. It is spacious, quiet and easy to drive. Best SUV I have owned and stands out compared to all the current styles, even though the design is ten years old.

Good looking style & functional cargo & passenger

The car is perfect for cargo & passenger space, rides great & looks cool! The car handles the road very well & has a smooth ride for a large vehicle. Vehicle warms up quick in winter & has great sight lines & blind spot mirrors make car a safe & enjoyable experience.

Disappointed in fuel economy.

Lots of room inside comfortable on long trips , too many steps for radio and navigation poor fuel economy , Ford product with Lincoln price
