Great car for short time owned

Was really attracted by the new front end styling, also interior appointments. Enjoy the my Ford touch features, but more so how it drives and handles, when I can get it away from my wife. Pleased also with better fuel economy.

Great car for the money

Just bought a new 2011 Ford Edge Limited. It's great on gas has get up and go power, comfortable, sporty, and I love the MyFordtouch. It's a great crossover and I recommend it.

Ford really hit the nail on the head with this vehicle. I got the Black Sport and everyone just loves it, its roomy, rides nice, handles great and turns heads.

Wait for next year model

I've had the 2007 edge loved it never a problem . Just bought 2011 edge what a nightmare I just had it for five days it was perfect. After the six day with just only 500km the my touch would freeze then would not sync right after went black and it died. Took it into the dealer they said no problem 2-3 hours will be fixed " not" 2 weeks still at dealer . I am upset brand new car and problems already. Microsoft get your act together ford should have gone with apple instead. I hope ford can fix the problem I now lost faith in ford if they can't resolve this problem for good my next car will be Audi they take more pride in building cars.I will keep you up to date on what happens crossing my fingers.Ford just replace my edge with another new one I thought I bought a new car but instead I bought a lemon right off the vine.

Worst car I have ever owned

I have never been so disappointed in a new car. The Ford Touch - Sync system has been a point of extreme frustration. It is very hard to understand and once you think you have figured it out, it doesn't work. The windshield wipers stopped working during a heavy rain and fog. The phone/bluetooth feature stopped working and could not be "synced". Suddenly started working the next day. The navigation/ turn by turn is a joke. It will not take commands. Very poor visibility from inside the car, especially when backing up. The outside mirror on the drivers side is so large that when you make a left turn, you cannot see the vehicle sitting in the lane on your left. The view is completely blocked. I have almost hit a car several times. There is a recall on the 2011 edge which is supposed to fix these problems. The owners manual is of very little help, there is a 3rd edition now and you have to buy it to get it.

awsome vehicle!

we bought a '11 edge this new years eve, and though we've had it a short amount of time, it had an imediate impact on me! the design is phenominal as well as the interior. rides like my mercedes only 25 grand less! awsome gas mileage, as well as comfort. The myford touch takes time to get used to but its still really nifty! id recomend this vehicle to the following: EVERYONEE!!!

very impressed

Bought the car in September and have been very impressed with it so far. The MyFord Touch has been fun to figure out and play with. Comfrotable ride and the interior and exterior are nice. The hazard button is a bit awkwardly placed as it is easily activated while using the touch screen but you get ysed to it pretty quickly. Overall, nice vehicle with lots of extras for the money.

So Far I Think It's a Good Car

Spent a year researching for a new car and decided on the SEL. Comfortable, quiet ride. Handles well. Outstanding brakes. Seems to be well built. Not broken in yet, but already getting 22+ MPH in town. No extended MPH yet. Glad I got the BLISS system because of blind spots. One small problem with My Touch computer code, but dealer fixed. Not a big believer in Microsoft software. (I'am a Apple guy) so will be interesting how the software holds up. Controls seem functionally cluttered and distracting, but I'am getting use to them. Like the USB and cell phone ports and 8" CRT. For all the mode lighting there's no light in the glove box!!. So far I am happy.
