2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV consumer reviews

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

Beautiful car. In great conditions and overall luxurious. Definitely what I was looking for minimal mileage and a fair price. Great for its made year.

This vehicle was the best choice ever! One previous owner, less than 30,000 miles, very clean and even has the new car smell. Has the luxury package with all the bells and whistles, exterior like brand new, and certified....so the vehicle came with all kinds of warranties and free maintenance services.

Best car we have ever owned. Will never look further than a Caddy for our next vehicles. Vehicle is clean, reliable and safe! GM spared no expense for these models.

This is my 3rd Cadillac. All my experiences have been great except for the problems I have had with the one I bought from Lupient GMC in Golden Valley, MN. So many problems after purchasing it. They also have no clue how to work on Cadillacs...a complete nightmare! Buyer Beware of this dealership. Oh, my personal belongings were stolen out of my vehicle while they claimed to have detailed it. The grease that was there by their technicians is still there. Not sure what they detailed??!! Now I am out my belongings and they told me to take my vehicle elsewhere. Poor customer service!

Owned a Excursion for 20 years, it was time for upgrade, not that the Excursion wasn’t and is still a great RV. It’s just dated! Along comes Escalade! All the upgrades you can ask for, as Excursion was at its time! Happy wife happy life!

German technology, solid build vehicles regardless the brand. MESSAGE TO ALL VEHICLE MAKERS: DO NOT PUT USBs UNLESS THEY ARE FAST CHARGING AT LEAST 3.1A EACH. MESSAGE TO GM: WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE BRAINSTORM THAT PUT THE COFFEE HOLDERS ON THE DOORS? EVERY TIME SOMEONE LEAVES A DRING ON THE HOLDER AND CLOSES THE DOOR, THE DRING SPILLS ALL OVER THE CAR....

Spacious luxury for large family to travel with all bells and whistles, not the most attractive design from the back, but so far an excellent vehicle for family transport and travel.

Upgraded from 2004, and got exactly what we wanted. It takes time, but we were patient. We finally found one local to us after months of searching.
