Too many service visits for major and small items.

The check engine light did not come on to advise me of several issues involving the battery, back bank of lights. Currently, the heating system is a major and recurring cost.

Love my Encore, but it has caused me problems

I love the interior of the 2014 Buick Encore. That was what sold me. I wish it had more power, but it's a smooth ride and good on gas. However, I have had a multitude of problems. The first year I had to have the catalytic converter replaced. 2nd year, engine light came on and other major things had to be replaced. Thankfully, those were all under warranty. Now, in my 5th year, the air conditioning has stopped working and no one can figure out why. Not the dealer, or the 2 other shops I've taken it to have it checked. Very frustrating in these 100+ degree heat index days! Really love the car, ease of parking and it's the perfect size, but the problems will deter me from ever buying another one.

Great car. Handles well.

This is a great car with excellent gas mileage, and super handling for a small vehicle. Lots of space for passengers and lots of cargo space.. Love it!!

Total Turbo Engine Failure - GMC has no parts

This is been a complete disaster. Total in-warranty power train issue and GMC says "tough luck". No parts and no ETA on back-ordered parts. Customer Service is a farce.

Extremely comfortable to ride in & drive

Easy to handle, good gas mileage, comfortable on long trips, nice storage space. It is a fun car that provides roominess but easily maneuverable in smaller spaces.

Very reliable

I love the SUV the only issue is the instrument panel does not light up very well during the day, very difflicult to see especially for a senior., I saw one other review on the same issue of this SUV , took it in to the dealer and there is nothing they can do., has anyone else have this issue with the instrumental panel., Everything is black,

All the bells and whistles

I wish the wheel base were not quite so narrow. It makes for a jolting ride sometimes. But I do enjoy the bells and whistles!

Looks like new!

This care was exactly what I was looking for. It has low miles and is in great condition. I'm proud to drive it everyday! It has all the bells and whistles -- I'm still discovering all the extras that make it so good!

COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE

I bought this car used and have not regretted the decision. This is my first Buick and have been favorably impressed with its combination of styling, comfort and performance.
