Best Service Manager I have ever worked with. Takes the time to explain things, along with addressing all my concerns. Goes extra with the little things like having my car pulled around.

Sands used to be a wonderful dealership and service center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not keep you updated on status of repairs. My most recent experience sealed the deal that I would never use them again. Called and requested updates- told I’d get a call back. Waited 3 days, with no return call, and called again. Finally told them I wasn’t going to put any further money in the truck and would be looking for another vehicle. Not once did they ever even ask to have someone from sales contacts. Very disappointed in how they have turned out. Will never go there or recommend them again.

Everything was fine, dropped off my vehicle, information was clear, quality of work was great. Slightly surprised they don't offer a wash after service but overall good service visit.

The staff at Sands Ram went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right vehicle. You could tell they truely cared about their customers and went out of their way to take care of us.
