Cortese Ford Lincoln

We leased a 2019 Ford Ranger from Tommy Ciavarri and Cortese Ford. The entire experience was simple, understandable and above board. My wife doesn't have a lot to smile about but you can not wipe the smile from her face when she gets in her flashy blue truck. Tom, you are the reason she smiles. God Bless You and your professional coworkers at Cortese Ford. As a side note we have to drive by a non commissioned Ford dealership to get to Cortese. They couldn't help us. So they lost 2 recent and all future sales from us. Thanks, again, Tommy and Cortese...you rock the block!!

This Ford location has been my place for service for many(1974)years. They have always provided me with excellent service be it a simple oil change to major repair work. I have never met an employee that didn't treat me with respect. The service department I would put up against anyone in this field. I was very happy with my buying experience. The sales staff was friendly and honest with me. There was no high pressured sale. The vehicle was delivered clean and in good condition. The sales person took the time to go over key options prior to leaving the dealership. I would recommend this dealership/salesperson to anyone looking for a good quality dealership with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Great experience overall except I wasn't given any free oil change coupons even though I asked the owner in an email telling him I would love to try out his service garage at the Lincoln side of the dealership. Would have appreciated even one coupon or maybe a hundred bucks off the car price.

quick clean information. not a lot of old style jargon and what can we do to get you in a car today from the past. They give you the information you need so you can digest what it is to own a car from them and let you take it in without a lot of pressure and sales pitching. After purchasing a 2017 Ford Van, I needed an Inspection, and also had a concern that one of the Fog Lamps was not working. When I arrived at Cortese Ford, they got me right into service with no waiting. The mechanic, Mark, performed the state inspection and then looked at the fog lamps. He had me look at them as he turned the steering wheel. Then he explained that when making a turn, they are used as cornering lights, and were working properly. Very knowledgeable and honest. I recommend Cortese Ford for great service.
