Claudia Torres is by far the most helpful sale consultant this was going to be my very first purchase directly from the dealership and might I say Claudia made my first purchase very easy and smooth was very patient with all my questions and concerns and was very helpful she would constantly kept me updated if she didn’t have the answer to one of my questions she would ask the person that could and communicate was key throughout the entire! Super glad she made my first purchase very easy and stress free! Will be bringing her more business in the future!

I bought a brand new Explorer from this dealership, and it has been the worst vehicle experience I have had in 40 years. I was told by their finance guy I would get a loaner of equal value if ever needed, as well as any minor body damage fixed, with the purchase of a policy at $50.00 additional per month. I've had 4 or 6 recalls in the first 10K miles, and was left stranded in Frisco when it broke down. It has been painful argument every time to get them to honor their agreement, and get me a comparable loaner when needed. The finance department lies, and the service department plays ignorant. This dealership is a scam...stay away.

Purchased many trucks through the years. This was by FAR the best experience I’ve ever had. Start to finish, it was pressure free, easy and relaxing. Everyone person we worked with, all stages, was kind and honest. Our salesperson, Karla, was simply the best. I’ll never again buy from any other dealership. I’ll be back to Sam Pack again soon, and will tell everyone I know to go there. And I’ll always ask for Karla!

I’ve been doing business with Sam Pack for several years now, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The team here is incredible to work with… professional, straightforward, and they genuinely take care of their customers. They just helped put me into my dream truck, and I can’t get the smile off my face. A huge thank you to Raj Patel and David Baldovin for going above and beyond and making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m about to turn 54 years old, and I feel like a kid again sitting in the driver’s seat of this Ranger Raptor. Absolutely love this truck. You’ve earned a customer for life. I can’t say thank you enough.
