Car part that was ordered came in and I didn’t receive a

Car part that was ordered came in and I didn’t receive a call. Service advocate Dana behavior was a little different rude, aggressive and abrupt. I watched him interact with another customer being pleasant and kind. He should be careful how he treat customers as we’re the reason for his paycheck I’ve been coming here for years never experienced that treatment before. I appreciate service advocate Craig Martinez for being thorough with service needs

Do not trust the sales team here, you are better off

Do not trust the sales team here, you are better off buying from a different dealership. I would never recommend anyone to come here nor will I ever buy from there again. This was my 2nd purchase from them and will be my last. I am so unhappy with the service and the vehicle. Shop around, you will get better pricing for a better car elsewhere. Do not trust this place. The GM is also no better. He doesn't call clients back nor does he care about their experience. All they care about is the sale and that is it. Terrible.

TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE. Do NOT trust these sales people. Very unhappy with my experience and my purchase. The GM is no better than his sales team, I have left him a voicemail and a message with his staff, but no call back. Do yourself a favor and buy your car from another dealership!

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

Overall a great dealership from the vehicle purchase,

Overall a great dealership from the vehicle purchase, appearance and accommodations for waiting for service. I think the service dept can be a bit more friendly and communicative. It seems they leave you hanging until the vehicle is done with service. Service prices good compared to other RAM dealerships. Overall good but small items to be tightened up to be an exceptional well rounded dealership.
