I was going to visit multiple dealerships to look at used
I was going to visit multiple dealerships to look at used cars. Alan reached out to me to set up an appointment with me about a used rogue. He showed me not only that car but also a new car that I ultimately chose. Eric was there to help out as the manager during the entire process which I appreciated Would absolutely work with people from Montgomeryville Nissan again.

It was very easy to set up a wait appointment by phone.
It was very easy to set up a wait appointment by phone. I had an appointment for 7:30 and Jeff wrote my work order up right away. We only had to wait about an hour and 45 minutes for the service to be completed. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay the bill and found out that most of the work was covered and that I only had to pay for the PA state emissions test. Jeff explained everything thoroughly and Ken did a great job. I was very happy to see there wasn't any damage to the wheel that he took the tire off of to patch the leak in the tire. Afterwards he even washed our vehicle.
