Mr. Mike the Man!
Mike really helped me out when my transmission line blew out. Responsive and communicative. Only negative was using the Antwerpen phone system. Too many options then when in wait mode every 5 seconds it would give the same message eventually kicking me out. I called over several days having the same experience. Really need to get something more customer focused.

The service representative was excellent. She didn't even mind when I told her that I didn't want to pay the dealership's $2 bogus fee for 'records retention'.
