DARCARS Toyota Frederick

This is the fourth car we have purchased from Darcars of Frederick, MD. We have bought two of them from Mr. Nevai. We also have the service plan and find it helps us stay on top of scheduled service. The service is relatively quick and having the service plan helps keep us on schedule with maintenance. I'd like to also thank Josh for making my car buying experience (almost) fun! Initially, I worked with Josh through the Internet. He was very knowledgeable and patient. At this point, I was looking at Chevrolets, Hondas and Toyotas....I was open to the best deal. After receiving the best deals, I visited all 3 dealers and test drove their SUVs. I can honestly say I walked away very satisfied and happy with DARCARS Toyota. There were no "surprises" with Josh. Believe it or not, when I visited one of the other dealerships, they couldn't EVEN sell me their car at the price they had quoted me. Seems their "management" made a $1500 "mistake". After that, they proceeded to offer me almost $2K UNDER Blue Book for my trade-in. Unbelievable. I'd like to strongly recommend that anyone out there looking for an honest and fair deal, visit Josh.

The sales person was knowledgeable and took lots of time to help me understand the technology and various features of the Prius. He worked to get me a good price and did not "play games" ( as I have experienced other dealerships to do). My experience with financing the car was easy and I didn't feel pressured to add more options. I had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Everyone I worked with was very kind and courteous. I do not have one complaint.
