We had an excellent experience purchasing a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid here. The employees were professional, friendly and made the buying process as easy as possible. We definitely recommend Team Toyota of Princeton.

Entered online request to test drive a vehicle and was

Entered online request to test drive a vehicle and was texted by representative to confirm desired appointment time. After confirming with them a different sales consultant Robert Tavares calls us sharing he will be the one to meet us for the appointment. We think great news, however, Robert also tells us he and his manager do not want us to test drive the vehicle until we “run numbers first.” We are shocked and clarify that we in no way can test drive the vehicle until we sit and run numbers. This sounds super shady/slimy and turns us off so we immediately cancelled the appointment and said we’d take our business elsewhere because we’ve never had a dealer request this before especially for a Toyota. To be clear all written correspondence was professional and courteous they are only shady over the phone or I imagine once you go in store because there is no paper trail.

This is my first time owning a Toyota.

This is my first time owning a Toyota. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra crewmax which I absolutely love in Kansas. We are military so we moved across the country to New Jersey shortly after we purchased the truck. The truck had an ongoing unresolved issue. Princeton Toyota patiently tried to fix it a few different ways. After a couple fixes they realized it was stemming from a larger issue. They never just tried to brush me off. Their service Manager Brian Peters kept me up to date, and never let the ball drop. He was fiercely persistent and got my truck fixed. I was always a FORD girl, but I am forever sold on Toyota. The customer service I received from Brian Peters as well as every single person I interacted with at Princeton Toyota as well as Toyota Headquarters was the most amazing customer service I have ever seen. When Brian Peters called me and told me they finally found out how to fix my truck I think I cried actual tears I was so happy. Thank you 🙏 . Thank you for taking care of our military family. Princeton Toyota has forever earned our families loyalty.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I paid for my car in cash more than 3 weeks ago and they have yet to lift a finger on getting me the title for the car, which mean my temporary tags will expire and I face a bureaucratic nightmare with the DMV. Even the DC DMV is perplexed why it is taking this dealer so long, except for the fact that they already have my money and are just not motivated. When I talked to Odie the used car manager, he said it was the last day of the month and he needed to push my issue off to Monday, into a holiday week when the DMV will be closed. I AM ONE OF THEIR SALES FOR THE MONTH, but now that I have paid them my ability to drive the car legally and customer satisfaction are not a priority. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.
