Took a while to be acknowledged. I had a Standing Appointment. When I was finally greeted I was informed my the technician was not available so the appointment was canceled with no prior notification

Called about having service done on my vehicle.
Called about having service done on my vehicle. I ensured that no special tooling was required and I was told the work could be done and was given a price. I brought the vehicle down and 2 days later was told they could not perform the work unless I had bought the complete set of parts through them and the price to do the work tripled. Total waste of time and this dealership is in the business to rip their customers off
