I have been going to MC Auto for 25 years for repairs. I have always received excellent service. Eddie Brady greeted me with a smile told me what job had to be done and I was in and out with no problem. I also got help with my repair bill.

Everything was well dropping off the vehicle. When it came time to pick it up, the communication was pretty bad.. we were told that we’d be getting a call back in five minutes. An hour went by without any news called the service Department 30 minutes later and no one answered the phone after a couple of attempts. As soon as the phone ring the call was dropped. I’m thinking on purpose. If you have committed to calling someone back within a certain amount of time, you should follow that rule, an hour went by called the front desk at the dealership. A very nice lady. Said she would walk over to service Department and make sure someone called me back. No one called back. Then I received a text message saying I would be picked up within a minute. No one mentioned it was an Uber, so while I stood at the curb, waiting for what I expected to be a shuttle from the dealership. Turns out it was an Uber driver.. showed up to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, and the person that I wasn’t communication with and who was ignoring my calls, then told me he would call me back in five minutes. Never acknowledged that he dropped the ball nor did he. Apologize. He directed me to the cashier. I paid., I was told to wait for porter. Vehicle pulled up. I told porter my last name and asked if this was for me. He was rude and said “ I don’t know the name man. I go by number. What could have been a simple friendly customer services engagement turned into sour taste about the service you provide (or lack there of).
