I just purchased a 2026 Acura MDX from Crown Acura, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had with my salesman, Kedon. From the moment I called to schedule a test drive to the moment I drove away in my new MDX, Kedon made the experience outstanding. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and being so knowledgeable about everything. He was friendly, well-organized, and informative through the entire process. I highly recommend Kedon and the dealership for going above and beyond to make it the most seamless car-buying process I’ve ever experienced.

I visited recently some Acura Dealers in North Carolina and in Virginia since I had my Acura RDX for sale. My Acura RDX is in the outstanding condition. Crown Acura Sales Team estimates were higher than any Acura Dealers in North Carolina and in Virginia. I am writing to send an appreciation note to Crown Acura and in particular to Kedon Glidewell, Crown Acura Sales Consultant.

Good people.

Good people. Very service oriented. The General Manager Matt Perry came out to personally thank me for my business. My client advisor Kedon Glidewell went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that all of my inquiries were answered immediately (even on his day off). He was polite, professional and very attentive. When he was busy, his neighbor Chris at the next desk made sure that I was taken care of in Kedon?s brief absence. Also the sales manager Josh Alford was extremely helpful as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my interactions at Crown Acura.
